Via Via: Another Las Vegas Food Hall Lands at The Venetian
Food halls are becoming a major trend in Las Vegas, with a new addition dubbed Via Via set to land at The Venetian next year.
Although food halls have been a staple of Las Vegas for a few years now, they are starting to explode with popularity. These days, Las Vegas food halls are home to everything from celebrity-headed restaurants to the best fried chicken in town.
The new Via Via food hall, set to make its debut at The Venetian in mid-2025, will be no different. To start, it’ll feature a full slate of top-tier restaurants from big names in the culinary world, such as:
- All’Antico Vinaio
- B.S. Taqueria
- Close Company
- Howlin’ Ray’s
- Ivan Ramen
- Scarr’s Pizza
- Turkey and the Wolf
- Molly’s Rise and Shine
Some notable additions on that list, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, includes All’Antico Vinaio, which is said to be one of the best Florentine sandwich shops in the world, and Scarr’s Pizza, a New York City-founded pizzeria that serves up everything from pizza by the slice to Sicilian pies.
The Via Via food hall is set to open during a planned $1.5 billion renovation of The Venetian, which is already one of the best luxurious hotels and resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. Between the overhaul and the new food hall, that distinction is unlikely to go away anytime soon.
