The team behind wildly popular Las Vegas ice cream shop Sorry Not Sorry is setting its sights on a new restaurant: With Love, Always.
Although it’s similarly creatively named, With Love, Always will focus on a completely different food item. The homegrown restaurant will serve up seared smashburgers adorned with delicious sauces at a new location just one mile from Sorry Not Sorry.
According to Eater Vegas, the Sorry Not Sorry founders — Drew Belcher and Kevin Whelan — actually started a smashburger pop-up back in 2023. At the time, the pop-up sold hundreds of burgers across three different parking lots.
Now, Belcher and Whelan are eyeing a more permanent option. Reportedly, they saw the rising popularity of smashburgers generally — and noted that there weren’t any really great options for the unique hamburger type in Las Vegas.
As you might expect from the Sorry Not Sorry team, With Love Always won’t settle for the mundane. After all, the creamery that the duo is known for became renowned because of unique flavor combinations, and for occasionally giving away free ice cream.
The burger shop, which will host a grand opening on Saturday, Oct. 26, will feature griddle-seared Black Angus patties cooked until they develop a delicious crust. From there, they’ll be loaded up with toppings like American cheese and thinly sliced onions, and served on a potato roll.
A beer and wine license should come later this year, and the location itself is being set up for live music and yard games like corn hole. Although you won’t find an extensive ice cream menu like at Sorry not Sorry, With Love Always will feature soft-serve custard dipped in coatings like cherry and birthday cake.
With Love Always is located at 6441 North Durango Drive, Suite 140. It’s open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. daily except for Sunday, when it’s open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
