The Las Vegas Athletics and Circa are officially teaming up in a partnership that will bring two of the city’s biggest sports brands together as Major League Baseball prepares for its arrival in Southern Nevada.
Announced Wednesday, the multi-year agreement names Circa Resort & Casino and Circa Sports as the A’s first Founding Partner, as well as an Official Resort and Sportsbook of the Athletics and the future Las Vegas Athletics Ballpark. The partnership marks another major step toward the club’s planned 2028 debut in Las Vegas.

For Circa CEO Derek Stevens, a lifelong baseball fan and longtime advocate for bringing Major League Baseball to Las Vegas, the partnership represents an opportunity to help shape the fan experience surrounding the city’s newest professional sports franchise.
At the center of the collaboration will be the Circa Dugout Box, an exclusive premium hospitality experience connected directly to the A’s dugout. Rather than a traditional suite, the space is designed to put guests alongside the action with an up-close view of the players, dugout, and game unfolding on the field.

Circa also plans to introduce “Time of Your Life” seats, available exclusively through Circa hotel packages. The offering will combine a stay at the downtown Las Vegas resort with a night at the ballpark, creating a new way for visitors to build an A’s game into a Vegas getaway. Additional details surrounding both experiences are expected ahead of the ballpark’s 2028 opening.

The partnership brings together organizations led by owners known for taking a personal approach to the fan experience. Stevens is regularly seen interacting with guests throughout Circa, while A’s owner John Fisher has similarly been known to mingle with fans in the stands during A’s games. Both share a passion for baseball and a vision for creating an approachable, distinctly Las Vegas experience around the sport.

The deal also builds on Circa’s growing presence in the sports world. Between its massive three-story sportsbook, Stadium Swim, and Circa Sports’ expanding operations, the downtown resort has positioned sports as a centerpiece of its identity.
With the A’s preparing to establish their permanent home in Las Vegas, the partnership gives Circa a prominent role from the beginning, connecting downtown Las Vegas hospitality with the city’s next major chapter in professional sports.
