Teatime in Wonderland: New ‘Mad’ Immersive Experience Lands in Vegas

Teatime in Wonderland is a new immersive and high-tech experience in Las Vegas, and it may just be one that only gets curiouser and curiouser.

Located at the Electric Playhouse at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, Teatime in Wonderland is an Alice in Wonderland-themed tea party experience that blends the charming with the mind-bending.

There are tiny sandwiches, cookies labeled “eat me,” and beverages that make similar demands. A standout dish is an orange yuzu semifrodo dessert that’s made in the shape of a mushroom and served alongside chocolate shaped like a rock.

All of the desserts will be served in an immersive teatime environment evoking Alice in Wonderland. The setting will feature motion-activated walls and images, and even floors and even tables that come to life through magical projections. You may even meet some key characters from the book.

Lest you think that Teatime in Wonderland will be all theatrics, the desserts will actually have a chef’s touch. In fact, the tea service is being led by pastry chef Keris Kuwana, who was previously featured on “Chopped Gold Medal Games.”

Teatime in Wonderland takes place every Friday through Sunday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Better yet, it’s located in the heart of one of the best Las Vegas malls.

Tickets start at $150 per person, or $120 per child aged 12 or under. More information can be found on the Electric Playhouse website.
